What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number and your child's grade, programme and preferred campus, so our admissions team can respond to you.

The student and job application forms collect the details you enter (family and contact information, previous school or work history) and any documents you upload, so the school can process your application.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to handle admissions enquiries, student applications and job applications. We do not sell it or share it outside the school.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, hosted in the European Union. Access is limited to school staff who handle admissions and recruitment.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you have submitted at any time.

Cookies and advertising

With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. It runs only after you accept our cookie banner, and you can decline at any time. No pixel data is collected until you consent.

The KIS Connect app

For enrolled families, our KIS Connect app handles school communication: announcements, attendance, homework, class diaries, teacher notes and fee notices. It stores pupil records, guardian contact details and daily school activity in our secure database hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Access is strictly role-based — a parent sees only their own children, and teachers see only their own classes. Parents join through a one-time family code issued by the school office; codes can be revoked and reissued by the office at any time. Push notifications are optional and controlled from your device settings.
